That's what Rapid Response is for. It's capped deliberately — five billed days at most, and I'll rarely need more than two of those to prepare, drawing on document review, a handful of stakeholder conversations, and over two decades of having sat on every side of the payments table. What comes back is a clear position, not a deck full of caveats.
